Dentists

	I'm Bruce Bashum, the new CEREC Specialist out of Knoxville. TN and I've been attending Dr. Joel Benk's Advanced Training class this past weekend and what a wonderful class. I would say to new owners that this is definitely a class that you should take very soon after your basic training class. Within two or three months. It's a must-do to be successful with your CEREC.
	My name is Dr. Dan Melburn from Sheldon, Vermont. I came down to this CEREC advanced course offered by Dr. Benk today because my CEREC specialist highly recommended him. I found that it was a great two day course. I've been using CEREC for about a year now, and I just wanted to find ways to hone and accelerate my procedures. I got a lot of tricks and tips over the past two days which really helped me do that so I'm leaving a rather happy camper.
	The Advanced Training with Dr. Joel Benk - this was a very informative course, I've learned a lot of new things. I've been a CEREC owner for approximately two years with CEREC 3D. I have learned many new things in the Advanced Course that are going to help my progression here, especially with the anteriors. He went over the Correlation very thoroghly to hel pme more thoroughly understand that. It's been a tremendous course.
	My name is Jeannine Rodgers, I'm from Mussel Shoals Alabama. I came to Dr. Benk's course today to learn a little bit more about the new software updates. We really hadn't had any training in that. We also wanted to learn a little bit more about communication techniques and try to control our environment more. I feel like I've taken home a great deal. It was well worth my time and my staff to come in today. We seem to be a lot more, well, juiced about using the CEREC, so we're looking forward to going and adding some more time gettting in with our patients and doing some veneer work.

Assistants

		My name is Muareen Christie, I'm from Dayton Ohio. I just took Dr. Benk's course, we had a really good time, very entertaining, very informative. We had a lot of really good information that I didn't get in the first course. And if you don't take the second course, you're really not going to get a lot of things that you need to know. We have probably accomplished a lot in just a small amount of time, which is pretty cool. I thought maybe this wasn't enough time, but I think you did an excellent job. Amy's awesome, I wish we could spend more time with her. She does a really wonderful job working with the Assistants. I wish we had a little more time with her on the assistant part of it. Dr Benk knows what he's doing and he doesn't let you bother around doing things that really aren't that important. There's cool shortcuts to do some really cool things that make the restorations perfect, and not shortcuts that are detrimental. So that was probably the best thing I would say.
		How did you do before you came to the course? How were you feeling about CEREC? We were feeling very frustrated, very burned out, it was one of those things "Please don't bring it out again!" But after taking the course everyone is feeling very comfortable again, very optimistic, you gave us a lot of encouragement and we're pumped and excited to go back and get started again. Thanks Dr. Benk!
		Dr. Benk, you are a great trainer. We were very frustrated with the machine, our doctor didn't want to use it, he was getting frustrated, very impatient. It was taking a lot of time. I think with the training we got this weekend we can fill in some shortcuts and really get down and get to doing it again. We're really excited about it. You got us all pumped up. We're ready to go. Very helpful and informative.

My expectations coming into you course were very high, but it didn’t take me long to see that my expectations were not high enough. Dr. Benk was so thorough in their demonstrations and explanations that things started to make sense. Their hands on experience was terrific! The overall experience was amazing and an invaluable tool for an assistant learning to use CEREC 3D.
