The Master Mode Posterior-Anterior CEREC 3D Course

Course content: A very informative course that takes you beyond standard training where doctors will learn how to generate predictable anterior and posterior CEREC restorations using all the tools in the Master Mode of the 3.0 software including earlier versions.

One full day is devoted to gaining competence generating the posterior restoration both as a single restoration and as quadrants. One day devoted to the single unit anterior crown and veneer to get you started on beautiful anterior restorations.

Proficiency level to date: Standard course and 30+ restorations.

Ability gained from this course: Thorough understanding of the Master Mode design tools to generate posterior restorations. Time management skills for accurately fitting and occlussal correct restorations are taught. The ability to design the single unit anterior crown and veneer restoration with predictability will be taught. An understanding and ability gained on how to approach multiple anterior restorations.

Course objectives:

  • How to decide which master mode program to use to get the best quality milled restoration in the most time efficient manner.
  • Posterior and anterior CEREC prep design principles will be taught for predictable & optimal results
  • Setting and understanding CEREC parameters, a key for restorative success
  • The best adhesion and simplest systems for CEREC restorations for bonding posterior and anterior CEREC restorations
  • How to approach posterior quadrant dentistry with CEREC

Each doctor will mill out one or two quadrants of CEREC restorations

  • How to approach anterior esthetics CEREC restorations for
    • Single veneer and single anterior crowns
    • Multiple anterior restorations
    • Each doctor will mill out anterior CEREC restorations and know how to keep it predictable and simple
  • Block selection for consistent, predictable esthetic and functional results will be taught
  • The newest version of the software will be reviewed
